SUPREME CHAPTER
The Ultimate Pi Kappa Phi Experience

Every two years, the greater Pi Kappa Phi fraternity gathers together its representatives for the purpose of exercising supreme legislative power. All chapters are temporarily dissolved while the Supreme Chapter is in session.

Each student chapter sends delegates to the Supreme Chapter that casts votes for all the members of that chapter. Alumni are encouraged to attend Supreme Chapter as well and cast its vote on the future direction of the fraternity.

The Supreme Chapter performs the following:

  • Reviews the work done by the national officers during the preceding biennium
  • Adopts legislation which become law by due process
  • Adopts amendments to existing national laws
  • Considers and directs financial matters such as initiation fees
  • Promotes the general welfare of the fraternity through projects, rules, and regulations, grants awards in recognition of service and achievements
  • Elects national officers to govern the fraternity in the interim between meetings
  • Recognize members through resolutions and awards

In addition to these official duties, the Supreme Chapter is a time where all Pi Kappa Phis, both undergraduate and alumni members, come together to celebrate the successes of our Greater Organization.
